Whats in my Makeup Artist Kit?

Hey Beauties!
So I thought I would do a post on what i keep in my Kit for a Standard Photoshoot. Usually I will change up my kit depending on what the theme of the shoot is but I have some stuff that don't ever change usually its mostly palettes that change and the single eyeshadows I use

So to start with I usually keep my skin prep stuff in a separate bag on top of my traincase cause it doesnt fit into the suitcase hah
Usually in this bag i keep things like:

• Cleanser 
• Toner
• Makeup Removers
• Primers
• Skin Prep
• Sprays

Some of my favourites are Chanel, Illamasqua, Laura Mercier, The Body Shop etc.


When my traincase is close i usually keep things in the pockets on the front in the top pocket i keep things like:

• Disposable Mascara Wands - SO IMPORTANT
• Powder Puffs
• Individual Lashes
• Tail Comb
• Spirit Gum
• Sharpie
• Business Cards

I really like this little bag because its small enough to hold all of my little things like :

• Tweezers- I have 4 pairs of tweezers
• Scissors- I have about 3 pairs in there
• Hair Clips
• Hand Sanitiser
• Liner Sharpener from The Body Shop
• Eyelash Curlers
• Eyelash Glue- Duo and Latex Free
• Wig Cap

I keep all my Concealers in a Black zippy makeup bag which was from the Body Shop and its quite large so its awesome
as you can see to the left i keep a few types of concealers from ones for under eyes, blemishes, correcting etc

My favourite brand of concealer right now would be the Soap and Glory Kick Ass Concealer



Mascaras/Single Eyeshadows/Primers are kept in my little cute Hello Kitty makeup bag I got from Boots a while ago. This is the bag that changes the most because there is always something different going into it besides the Mascara and Gel Eyeliners which are always in there.










I keep a selection of different palettes for different shoots the last shoot i did was bright colours and it was a shoot with Ian Lynchahon and Jennifer Chapman both amazing photographers

To the left there are different palettes ranging from £2 to about £150

• MAC Pro Colour Palettes- Eyeshadow and Blush
• Laura Mericer
• VIVO Cosmetics
• MUA Cosmetics
• Dior
• Sleek Makeup
• Makeup Atelier
• The Naked Palette

I keep a selection of different foundations ranging in colours and textures from light to medium and then full coverage. I often like to mix things together or sheer things out

I keep a range of different foundations but for the most part I use:

• Illamasqua- Skin Base, Light Liquid and Rich Liquid
• MAC - Face and Body
• The Body Shop Moisture Foundations
• Kevyn Aucoin Foundations
• Sleek makeup 
• Stilla
• Benefit
• ELF
• MAC
• Various Drug store

I really like this bag because it contains things that make your skin better, i feel with makeup if you prep well and have good skin and keep having good skin then you will have a better makeup application and your makeup will look better as well
i keep things like:

• Nivea Cream for Body Moisturising
• Lip Balms
• Witch Doctor Treatment
• Body Shop vitamin C Skin Reviver
• Eye Creams and Serums 

Im having a real big thing for cream blushes lately so im trying to use them more because they arn't as flat as powder blushes not to mention they give the skin this amazing youthful radiance.

I use brands such as:

• Illamasqua
• Revlon
• Guerlain
• NARS
• Yves Saint Laurent
• Gosh
• Max Factor
• No.7
• Benefit

I honestly dont know why I carry so much Liners because to be honest I hardly ever use them. I use the lip liners mostly rather than the eyeliners if I was doing eyeliner I would use a gel liner most of the time














I dont even know why there is a Beauty powder in here haha
Anyway, i like to use loose powders more because i feel they work better not to mention its easier having a translucent powder for everyone that 50 different shades it saves so much more time as well
Chanel 20 Clair is Translucent as well as the MAC Prep+Prime











I kind of go over board on lipsticks and lip stuff just because I love doing lips haha
I must have about 80 different lipsticks every one is different plus numerous different brands and types of lip glosses and stains.
